Chewing Gum Removal

February 8th, 2016

Dear Building Owner/Property Manager:

You’re reading this because you’re SERIOUS about maintaining the exterior of your school or commercial property. You understand the concept of ‘getting it right the first time’ and fully appreciate the benefits of clean and well-maintained pathways and entrance foyers.

At FCT Surface Cleaning, in addition to providing state-of-the-art graffiti removal, we provide many of Perth’s top commercial property owners with pavement cleaning services from hard masonry surfaces.

We’ve cleaned many of Perth’s prime historical buildings and top suburban shopping centres to rid them of unsightly and slippery moss, oil, chewing gum and dirt.

For 22 years, we’ve been using the most advanced stain and graffiti removal technology available. All FCT Surface Cleaning specialists undergo rigorous training. The results? We’ll get stains out of hard surfaces quickly and your building will look like new.

Chewing Gum Removal Cleaning

Chewing gum leaves unsightly blotches on footpaths and furniture. Once you see one, they seem to multiply like chicken pox, and yes it can be removed.

Our Surface Restoration Vehicles are set up in every way to cater for the removal of chewing gum, including all the necessary pedestrian and traffic control equipment to block pathways and warn pedestrians.

If you have any surfaces that require cleaning and or any gum that you’d like removed please contact our office on (08) 9204 3333.

Elizabeth Quay Opens

February 3rd, 2016

We had the pleasure of being part of the fabulous new Elizabeth Quay Development.

Our skilled team undertook some brick cleaning on the old ‘Florence Hummerston Kiosk’ which will open as the ‘Isle of Voyage’ in late March 2016.

The Florence Hummerston Kiosk, originally built in 1928, has been painstakingly relocated and rebuilt on the island.

This local landmark, previously located on The Esplanade, was deconstructed in 2012 and rebuilt at Elizabeth Quay after nearly 85 years and many past lives as restaurants, night clubs and day care centres.

If you have any brick cleaning you would like done, please call our friendly team at the office for a quote on (08) 9204 3333.

Connor Blakely – Set for a Big 2016

December 2nd, 2015

connor

Past employee Connor Blakely (and Kelly & Tim’s Nephew) is gearing up for a big season in 2016.  Connor debuted for the Dockers in Round 23 2015, as well as having a stellar year for Peel Thunder.

With that first year behind him, Connor is motivated and prepared better than ever to have an impact.

Connor is confident he will be ready for the start of pre-season on November 23 with his “holiday” including training five times a week, with just the weekends off.

There’s no slacking off for this self-driven former South West Academy of Sport scholarship holder – he is well aware of the cutthroat nature of the AFL.

Connor is not buying into the theory that Fremantle have missed their premiership window and he is confident their best is still to come.

“People have said we are too old,” he said.

“But Ross is always stressing about how important it is for us to write our own story.

“We can’t accept what other people are saying.

“By our performances we will create our own story.”

FCT on the Court

November 18th, 2015

On Friday 13th November FCT as a silver sponsor to the City Beach Tennis Club we were invited to play in a Corporate Day.

Four of the team nominated for the FCT team and were involved in the “King of Court” Tournament, with Keifer Yu coming out Victorious in the end! Not just a great cleaner and WAFL player after all.

We had a great afternoon, the weather was perfect and the beers after were cold we look forward to the next one.

Thanks to City Beach Tennis Club for organising.
