Removal of Paint
FCT can remove spilt paint from roads, driveways, concrete finishes and many other surfaces. Acrylic paint, Oil based paint we will look at all. FCT also specialise in the removal of dirt and the removal of grime.
Removal of Rust
Old rust stains on different surfaces can be a nuisance and our sophisticated systems together with our
cleaning products can remove all rust stains. Corroded metal returned to its original state.
Removal of White Lines
FCT can remove painted white lines from carparks and road ways, FCT
have removed white lines from Karrinyup Shopping Centre and many others.
We have taken white lines from the freeway, recently for the entry to
the Exhibition Centre.
Removal of Oil Stains
Using low pressure systems or hot water washes mixed with our
cleaning agents FCT will remove all oil stains. We also clean mechanical
shops, garages, food areas along with food courts and surrounding
shopping centre areas. FCT will complete works out of normal business
hours to minimize disturbance to shoppers.
Removal of Chewing Gum
FCT have a hot water washer specifically designed for the removal of
gum and grime. Used extensively within city councils and in shopping
centres this system will have any area back up and looking like new.
This work can be done at night and or weekends.
Boat Washdowns / Cleaning
To remove anti foul from boats FCT have the Torbo machine which will
easily make the boat like new. Softly removing the buildup of the ocean
this system is brilliant.
Removal of Bore Stains
Ugly bore stains on fences, brickwork, rear of your tennis court or
even on your house. FCT low pressure sand blasting unit can remove the
stain without doing any damage to the original surface. Areas can be
sealed to avoid attracting more orange stain.
